1. Time of Production
It takes 1-60 days between the order receipt and sending it to the customer. But in most cases, it takes 1-2 weeks. We store some finished goods in the stock. We also focus on manufacturing the products as per customer requirements. Sometimes we should make the goods from scratch, up to the purchase of materials. This is the reason for such a long production time. We discuss the production time with the customer during the order and do our best to prepare the order as soon as possible.
2. Payment Methods
On our website, the default currency for the prices and settlement is USD. We support the following payment methods:
- Direct Bank Transfer
- Credit or debit bank card
- Western Union
Please note that the payment is not required before we give you payment details by email. When you complete the order, we automatically receive an email with details. Then we inform you about the availability of the selected product, production time, payment options, and ways of delivery. During the discussion of the order, you can make changes, add details, or cancel the order. Unless otherwise specifically agreed, payment is required before the shipment of the finished goods to the buyer. In some cases, if the order is non-standard or too big, we can take a prepayment of about 20-30%. Having defined the payment method, we send you the required payment data.
The bank card payment is carried out by LiqPay, an internet acquiring payment system of the largest Ukrainian National bank “Privatbank” that is serving our company. You don’t need to install any programs or apps. We will send you an email with an invoice with the link to the payment by card (VISA/MasterCard), made via the bank online payment service. We do not receive, store, or have access to your card details when you make a payment in this way. By default, we point the value of the goods in the customs declaration and do not insert the invoice with the actual cost in the parcel. Please inform us if you need original paper invoice and we will put it into the package. You must also make sure that the shipment of bows and arrows is not forbidden in your country. If the customs of your country refuse to ship the parcel and send it back to us, we will be able to return the payment to you (minus the shipping costs and transfer fees). After the sending, we will provide the tracking numbers.
4. Guarantee and Return
If the goods are damaged upon delivery by the delivery service, we guarantee replacement. Unfortunately, sometimes it happens, but hardly ever. Please note that if upon receipt of the parcel you see that the goods are damaged, you can refuse to receive them and draw up a document on damage to the goods along with the delivery service. Such a document will help us get a refund from the delivery service.
In the case of manufacturing defects, we also guarantee the replacement of the goods. The bows are subject to an operational guarantee: 6 months on bamboo-laminated bows and 12 months on fiber-glass laminated bows. In case of a breakdown before the expiration of this period since the receipt of the goods, a replacement is also guaranteed.
Return of the goods of good quality is possible by agreement. In this case, the cost of the delivery is not refundable.
Please be aware that archery products are the traumatic sports equipment. Please be careful when you use it and follow the safety precautions. Sarmat archery declines all responsibility for any traumas done to oneself or to the third person along with any material or consequential damage impaired in connection with the use of our products.
To ship the order, we ask for the first and last names of the recipient as well as the address and phone number. For the best communication with our clients, we also need email. We use this personal information only for communication and sending the orders. We guarantee that we will never sell your personal information to any third party. And we don’t make automatic mailing. After the completion of the deal, the order data is stored in the archive. We guarantee to delete the personal information upon the client’s request.
